The Ilona Rose House project consists of 9 floors and 4 basement levels. The build of the project is in its early stages, and only the basement levels and core of the building has been constructed, to date. MJL is supplying the main plant and free-issuing this to IDSL to install.
The IDSL scope of works is to install all the galvanised ductwork on this project. Fire Protection Ltd has been appointed by MJL to carry out the supply and installation of fire rated ductwork.
As a result, there are numerous interfaces between galvanised and fire rated ducts throughout the building. Demarcation drawings have been submitted, and the finalised scope of works for each package has been agreed by MJL, IDSL and FPL. Regular workshop meetings are being held to confirm the handling of MSFDs required.
MJL has issues a combined services installation programme that IDSL is working to, and monitoring against.
Site offices are not yet available as they are still being constructed.
IDSL works on basement level B4 have now commenced.
