IDSL appointed to deliver full turnkey package for the shell & core works at Holborn Viaduct, a new build commercial building.
The new office building consists of 2 basement levels, ground, 10 upper floors to Holborn Viaduct and 12 upper floors to Farringdon Street including a roof plant level.
Early engagement to undertake design verification of Hilson Moran intent including CDP of Smoke Clearance, Stair pressurisation and Fire Strategy.
Full Procurement of all plant and equipment including associated specialist sub-contractors.
